Calm Kittens Group Classes (Pre-school)

Service Description

***Please note - due to Covid 19 group sessions are currently suspended. I am working hard to get these back up and running in the new academic year.*** Join me and Calm Cat for a selection of fun activities that promote calm and relaxation, introduce strategies to manage big emotions and help children to learn about their emotional wellbeing and self-care. Sessions follow a loose structure incorporating the Calm Cat recipe of Move, Stretch, Breathe, Focus, Meditate, Imagine, Relax. The signature Calm Cats Activity cards are used to form the sessions and as children become familiar with the activities, are able to choose their favourites as the weeks go on.
