Give your child the opportunity to learn and practice mindfulness and meditation with our May Weekend Wellbeing Club.


Does your child find it difficult to slow down and switch off?


Do they have a short fuse and go from 0-100 with their emotional responses?


Maybe they have a hard time getting caught up in worries or repetitive thoughts.


At this month's club, your children will learn some simple, effective mindfulness activities and meditations using their senses to help them to be grounded in times of challenge.
